In order to be listed the student has to submit
the physics office a page with a title and
a 12-row table with the tentative course plan
(each row entry specify the reading topic/material for that week)
signed by a faculty member that had agreed to
take responsibility as an instructor.

In order to get a grade at the end of the semester
the student has to submit a PDF with this table plus the documentation
of his work (solved exercises or other assignments).
A hard copy of this PDF should be signed by the instructor.
